Council on Children with Disabilities

Welcome to the Council on Children with Disabilities (COCWD) Web site, housed on the National Center for Medical Home Implementation Web site. The COCWD is composed of nearly 500 AAP Fellows dedicated to the optimal care and development of children with disabilities and to the support of their families within a medical home. Information and resources contained on these pages is for all those interested in the care of children with special needs and supports the goal of every child and youth having access to a medical home.
