A workshop on medical home presented by the Maine Dept.
of Human Services, Bureau of Health, The University Of Maine Center for Community
Inclusion, UcEDD, Maine Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The target audience includes pediatric
health professionals and their staff, other professionals,
families of children with special needs, managed care
professionals, policy makers, community members, and
and other child advocates who care for children with
special needs.

managed care organizations, case managers, specialty
